Testing Schedule Fall 2000Tests will be given Tuesdays, 5-7 PM, Arnold 201, starting September 5th. If there are conflicts, an alternate time will be selected. You should take the test as soon as you finish the corresponding assignments for that chapter. Students may complete the material at their own pace so long as the tests and the final exam are completed by December 12th, 2000 (Final Exam may be taken prior to December 12th). Please arrive by 5 PM if you plan to take two tests the same day. There are five chapter tests and eleven or twelve dates to take those tests. Testing Place: Arnold 201 Final Exam may be taken prior to December 12th. Should you elect to take the final prior to December 12th, notify me by email at least one week prior to the time you wish to take the final.
Option 1. Should your schedule prevent you from taking tests during this time, you may take tests Monday or Wednesday (6 PM - 7:50 PM, Arnold 103) during my Calculus I class. I will be lecturing while you take the test so take that in consideration before electing this option. For this option, you must Email me three days in advance and get confirmation. Option 2. I can also arrange with the Testing Center for a limited number of students to take tests during the hours of 8-4 M-Th. Email me a least a week in advance and get confirmation. Option 3. Should your schedule take you out of town frequently, you may find it difficult to schedule all the tests (but not the course work). You may elect to take a midterm and final. The midterm would cover Chapters P-3 and the final would cover Chapters 4-6. The final would count as four tests and the midterm as 3. For this option, you must Email me before September 12th and get confirmation.
