Who Should Take This Course

You should take this class if,

  • You are very disciplined and self-motivated.

  • You should enjoy long hours of staring at a compute screen.

  • You can allocate sufficient time (from five to ten hours per week).

  • You  have the following computer skills.

    • Cutting and Pasting

    • Uploading and downloading files

    • Word processing skills

    • Software installation

  • You can substitute numbers into formulas and perform minor algebraic manipulations.  (High school algebra is usually sufficient.)

  • You feel your math skills are strong.

You should not take this class if,

  • You are not disciplined.

  • You are not self-motivated.

  • Your math skills are weak or you have trouble in regular mathematics classes (withdraw immediately).

  • You do not have easy access to a computer.

  • You do not have easy access to the internet.
